We had Engrain’s kiosks installed that are designed to enhance the customer experience. These kiosks allowed the sales counselor to walk through the entire sensory experience of the community with the prospects, detailing every aspect and feature from architecture, interior design, dining, and programming. Thanks to Engrain, we are better positioned not only to achieve what we set out to do, but to surpass those expectations. For instance, at The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland, we were able to sell 60 reservations which equated to 60% occupancy before the community even opened its doors. We also sold out of club level before any other unit type. That is a huge feat in this space.

The goals with our website are obviously centered around increasing lead generation, but we also want to make sure that Atria is a front-runner for residents exploring their options. If a prospect or their family members go to a website and there’s very little information, they will most likely move on to the next. But if they visit a page that has clear pricing, photos and a fully interactive map of what the community looks like, as well as actual reviews from current residents, that increases our consideration odds.
