The Process
You’ll start with what we call a discovery session—your opportunity to meet your social media strategist and their opportunity to get to know you and your organization. They’ll ask you a range of questions about your goals, demographics, and brand persona.
With all this information, your strategist will identify three content pillars and build your custom strategy around them. Then, once you’ve approved this strategy, they’ll schedule the content to appear on your desired platforms at the ideal times.
At the end of the quarter, you’ll meet with your strategist again to talk about the results you’ve seen and discuss where you’d like to go next.
