Transitioning from our prior provider to ActiveDEMAND’s Virtual Sales Assistant was a seamless process. With this transition, we have been able to execute updates to the system on the fly with our team as well as in conjunction with the team at ActiveDEMAND. Additionally, to the ease and speed of executing updates, our attribution model for leads coming from the website matches whether calling, filling out a form, or engaging with the VSA. This provides us with a uniform measurement to base our marketing decisions on.
