This year, we’re heading to Banff for 3 days of discussion, exploration, and growth! All you have to do is book your flights, and we’ll take care of the rest.

The Itinerary

Our 4-day itinerary includes educational presentations and discussions, as well as extra activities to get the most out of your time in Banff. Check out the schedule for each day below. The dates will not change, but some times and activities may be adjusted as we get closer to September.

September 2nd

  • Guest Arrival Day
  • Welcome Dinner

September 4th

  • Activity Day (options will be provided)
  • 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (meals included)
  • Meet up for dinner & karaoke

September 3rd

  • Depart at 8:00 AM for Banff
  • Educational sessions & workshops (lunch included)

September 5th

  • Final Day
  • Educational sessions & workshops (breakfast & lunch included) 
  • Depart at 2:00 PM for Calgary
